‘They’ are the Penguin Band. The Penguin Band has G Billy, Franky, Petey K, and Stompin Bob. They are the band. Whats left to know? Okay, what they play.  Franky plays the guitar. Petey K plays the acordian. Stompin Bob plays the bass(?). And G Billy, what does he play??
